**ATTENTION: We are currently full for vendors selling hair items/things, candles, soaps, aromatherapy, body care, jewelry, signs, wooden decor, wreaths, honey, pickles, cards, crocheted items, kitchen textiles (like towels, potholders, etc), sewn aprons/purses/handbags/totes/pouches, face masks, custom t-shirts, blankets and slime!

HOW DO I BECOME A VENDOR?
Applications are now being accepted, click the link above to apply. As this is our first ever virtual boutique, we will not be charging a vendor fee like our normal in-person events do. Instead, we invite you to donate product for our online auction. We will strive to accept all handcrafted vendors, however, we will limit vendors selling similar goods. Application period will be open until at least November 1, 2020. The virtual boutique kicks off on Saturday, November 7.

WHAT IS THE COST TO BE A VENDOR THIS YEAR?
The holiday boutique is one of our largest fundraisers of the year and with the cancellation of the in-person event, we will be trying an online auction to raise funds instead. There is no monetary fee to participate as a vendor, however, you would donate item(s) to our auction and agree to help promote the event as well. We have two vendor levels to choose from – the Standard or Premium. Please see requirements below. Auction items need to be submitted/received by us by November 1 to secure your space in the boutique.

Donate an auction item of at least a $25 value & promote boutique/auction to your networks and social media followers.
Donate auction item(s) of $50-$100
value and/or create your own auction basket & promote boutique/auction to your networks and social media followers

DO I HAVE TO HAVE MY OWN ONLINE SHOP TO BE A VENDOR?
No! While it will be helpful if you already have an online shop (Etsy, Facebook, etc.), it is not required. You will be featured on this website with your own page to showcase photos of your products, pricing and detail on how to make a purchase. Some vendors will direct shoppers to their online shop and some vendors may ask shoppers to email them to place an order. It is up to the vendor to determine how to get the products to the customer – whether you arrange shipping, delivery or pick-up. One idea for vendors who are unable to ship is to pick set dates for customer pick-up at a nearby location (i.e. Saturday from 12-3 p.m. at a Starbucks or public parking lot). Accepting payments is the responsibility of the vendor. Many vendors use apps like Square, Venmo or PayPal, for example.

WHY SHOULD I BE A VENDOR?
Help us help you! With the cancellation of so many events this year, we are hoping to still provide a venue to help you sell your handcrafted goods while still having a way to raise funds for the PTA. Just because school didn’t start in-person doesn’t mean the need for the PTA to raise funds has diminished! While we won’t be hosting in-person family events and student programs, we still plan to assist with programs like cleaning and sanitation supplies when school is back in person as well as purchasing things like playground equipment that promotes social distancing, considering additional virtual programs, and much more.

HOW WILL THE BOUTIQUE BE ADVERTISED?
We will advertise through organic and paid social media posts and marketing. Vendors will be required to promote the event through their networks and social media channels (if applicable). We will also keep this website up-to-date and promoted through SEO (search engine optimization). We will also consider other avenues for online marketing and traditional media if it makes sense. We have an in-person audience of 1,200+ shoppers, so we hope to convert as many of them into virtual shoppers as we can!
